any ideas for scene- "snapshots"

Post by nennmichwieduwillst » Sat Aug 24, 2013 8:36 pm

i reaaly hoped the ables came with a "automation"-snapshot:
tweak the vsti of ur choice, hit a button, and the current state of all knobs, buttons,... or, the holy grail, even different modifieyd!!! Programchanges... will saved with the corresponding clip/scene.

but they came´t.

is there any easy way (without max) to save (static) settings to a track-vsti/fx in the corresponding clip? WITHOUT driving knobs or moving whatever (like in auto-record). i mean a simple solution: like (save) this (current) setting to this clip and this (current) setting to this clip...

these days i try to get my wish with this (in this case) nasty automation_ tweak the things u really want changed in a clip, search for the necsacary "offset" data and delete the rest. well, it works, but this so eloborate and time-wasting...

so my Q: are there other ways to get simple "snapshots" of multiple vsti/fx-states, at lovest: "hosted" in clip?
Peace. Freedom. Truth!
