Selected track armed and monitored..?

Hi!

Is it possible to arm a track by just selecting the track..?
I'm using Ableton together with the Bome's miditranslater and the footcontroller FCB1010.

I have four tracks that I would like to record guitar on.
In order to do this I have to arm all four tracks.
The problem is that don't want to listen to the combined volume from all four tracks.

I just want the selected track to automatically be armed and monitored.
How can this be done?
