Where can I find options.txt on Live 9.0.6 (OSX)

On Live 8 on my PC I had an options.txt file set up so that I could map macro's to siblings on drum racks with a couple of clicks. I've moved over to OSX Mountain Lion and need to get this set up on Live 9 - however I can't track down where I should be saving the file.

I've googled and found that options.txt supposed to be put in Library>Preferences>Ableton>Live x.x.x however the Ableton folder didn't exist. I've created an Ableton folder and put another folder inside named Live 9.0.6, and saved my options.txt inside with the following lines of text:

-PluginAutoPopulateThreshold=128
-EnableMapToSiblings=1

However nothings actually changing when I reload Live. Can any of you give me a hand setting this up? It was pretty straightforward on my PC. Cheers!

Right Click on the application icon, show package contents... This reveals the files to modify...

Cheers! Think I'm still missing something though - all I see in this folder is the following folders:

_autoupdates
Contents>
_CodeSignature
_Frameworks
App-Resources
info.plist
LegalAnddOCS
MacOS
Resources

Do I need to create a preferences folder and drop options.txt in there or just drop options.txt in this folder?

Saracen must be having a bad day...

wascal, Live uses the home/user Library folder, which is hidden by default in Mountain Lion.
in Finder, go to 'Go' menu item and hold 'alt' to reveal the hidden Library.
no head to Preferences to find the Ableton folder. its here that you need to be to alter the Options.txt.

Sorry thought everything went in the package contents, so used to putting remote scripts in there....
