Searching for an organic and random sequencer
Re: Searching for an organic and random sequencer
Re: Searching for an organic and random sequencer
I can't get it to work... there's no sound output...
Re: Searching for an organic and random sequencer
you need to put it in it's own MIDI track
then send MIDI to your instrument
dave
then send MIDI to your instrument

Re: Searching for an organic and random sequencer
this is by far one of my favorite m4l free sequencers, and you can map the R for Randomize button
for Pitch, Velocity, Duration, and a midi jitter sort of effect. also has CC action
http://www.maxforlive.com/library/device/1777/pocketseq
Heres a lil viddy i put up with pocketseq and m4l midi fx
http://vimeo.com/album/2451807/video/74325921
happy sequencing!

Re: Searching for an organic and random sequencer
indeed. thanks.
i like the pocketseq because of its "analog" knobs for pitch which you can easily map to a controller,
whereas with most m4l seq's, pitch/vel/dur/step parameters are somewhat limited by "step-in via keys and graph approach via mouse", can't be mapped.

Re: Searching for an organic and random sequencer
I don't have a pc up and running right now so I can't assist you. However, the plugin's author and a few others might be able to get things sorted out for you.
