Replicating a bassline .... Will pay for sound designer

Hey guys
I am wondering if anyone would be able to explain to me how this bassline ios created: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-z5FVt5gYr4#t=98
Its the main bassline that kicks in at 1:07
If people could have a blast explaining it, that would be great. However I am also on the look out for a sound designer for some of my future work.. so i may very well pay someone who can design this kind of sound
