Hi,
Ive got a babyface RME soundcard. Whenever I set the buffer size to 256 or below, I get this strange sound from ableton. Its like for each buffer size I go down, 256, 128 etc, the playback gets 50% slower (if I play an audio clip that is). Anyone else witness this phenomenon? Just wondering if there is a way to get below 256 samples?
Cheers

Never heard of that before! That really wierd.
Its like you playing back the audio at smaller sample rate...
You should contact support

Cheers Dragonbreath,
I started playing around with the khz thingy above the samples menu setting it to 192000 and then back again and now it works.
Weird!
I probably should have recorded the output while it was going haywire, because it sounded kinda cool and I doubt Ill be able to make that mistake again heheh.
Cheers
