If you install Live 9.1 take another look at your ASIO or Core Audio settings. If you have it set to something like 320 samples Live will run this at 256 instead which Abelton says is more optimised.
I've reset ASIO4all from 320 Samples to 256 and Buffer Offset from 2ms to 4ms. My older setting was not working well anymore but with new settings its fine.

I've installed 9.1 trial but there are no max4live presets in the browser. Please help!

You have to download them separately from the Packs section.
Thanks but which one is it? I don't see a m4l pack anywhere.

Thanks for the links. There are no download links on those pages though.
I've only got Live 9.1 TRIAL installed so i guess those m4l packages/presets aren't available to me - or am i missing something obvious here?

Lol, i've just logged out and then the download links appear. Thanks again for your help!
I hope those advertised new 9.1 m4l effects are contained in those packages.
