APC40 Shift down only moves down 4 scenes (on 1st push)

Anyone else seen this. When I first press shift down on the APC40, Live is only scrolled the red box down 4 scenes. Subsequent presses of the buttons it behaves as normal and moves 5 scenes.

I do have Bomes MT connected, so not sure if that is somehow trapping the 1st shift or something?

Anyone have any ideas - it is making my practice of a live set quite tricky as I am never sure where I will land with Shift down.

Also just thought I'd add another weird behaviour I've experienced, which might be related. Occasionally the red box down key (on it's own without shift), seems to stick and the view juist scrolls all the way to the bottom of the project. Sounds like it could be connected somehow?

MY APC very often jumps 6 scenes on shift down.
thats really annoying...
and i also experienced the scrolling through the eintire set problem.
I could only stop it by restarting live & the APC completely...
happened 3 times so far...

but no scripts and 3rd party midi tweaking going on here...

Yes - I am on Live 9

it started with ableton 9 though... never had these issues with 8...
could it be they've changed something for the worse? (once more)

not actually a solution... the scrolling just stopped on its own.

And I found out, that if on the APC you release the shift button
the slightest bit before the navigation button, it'll make an additional
jump by one scene.
like "shift down" and then another "down" for example (6 scenes)

That was not the case in live 8...

This is really annoying, but I almost got used to it.
still, there's one or two false scenes in every concert I play because of this...
