liquid rhythm $59 until end of day 12/30

http://www.pluginboutique.com/product/6 ... uid-Rhythm

This plugin is normally $129 on the company page. They even have it for 99 on sale at the company page.

It's an awesome groove tool for those moments you hit a wall with your bridge patterns or just starting a new pattern.

You can import your own drum hits and midi learn your midi controller. I haven't done the midi learn yet, but I will see if it works with my push or MPD24 later today.

Uses Java and in my computer Java is NOT in some default folder which LR expects.
So the program wouldn't even start.

I'd email their tech support and see what needs to be adjusted.

They expect Java installation to be in some hardcoded path and if it's installed somewhere else, then their app doesn't work.

Windows has an environmental variable JAVA_HOME which tells this directory.
AFAIK applications should use that value instead of expecting some default folder.
If some company doesn't want to read its value, it's their problem.

Had great hopes when i saw this but spent this aft getting it setup and the freaking LR sequencer plays at half speed!

Anyway i needed to manually install 64bit Java to get it to load as a vst plugin, i think the older guides are outdated.

I don't get this at all. It doesn't do anything I can't do in live and appears according to ya'awl that it's not a finished/stable product.

I am running win 7 x64 with 64 bit java installed. Works with live9.1 and live9.11beta. I downloaded my trial version from wave DNA. Then I used the email serial I got from plugin boutique. I followed the steps for retail version on the waves DNA site. They emailed me my confirmation number and activation worked out.

I'm doing all the tutorials and everything is working out for me.

Sale is extended until January 1

I bought it too. Having trouble getting it to work with max. Tried installing the java version for 64 bit, still didn't work. I used the standalone though and it is pretty awesome, cant wait to get it working in live with max.

Did you download the version from the wavedna site? Download the trial version through them first. Then look at your email receipt from plug in boutique and register that serial with wavedna site. They will email you your confirmation serial which you can use to unlock the trial version.

If you have maxforlive you can use the program as a max midi effect device for your drum rack. I'm stuck with trying to get maxforlive working but will keep everyone updated.

An FYI on the max patch, if you have moved your live library it doesnt understand that. So you have to browse to your wavedna installation dir and find their 'installation' amxd file, open that manually in ableton. Then go to the original/default live user library location and move their max patch to your real location since it copies it to the default
