MS-20 Mini, I absolutely love it. Followed by Volca Beats. I'm definitely feeling the analogue right now.

New Macbook Pro and Push. Pretty much fun.

But the best move of the Year was not purchasing any vsts and only using Abletons native Instruments & FX

I'm realizing I didn't really buy anything gear related this year, though plenty crossed my mind.

I suppose this little piece of software is the handiest thing I bought: http://www.ddmf.eu/product.php?id=11 It allows me to record any audio source (Spotify!)on my computer, which I then drop into Geist or Live and sample chop like crazy.

How's the quality when recording spotify onto the computer? I am used to outputting my audiocard into a 24 bit field recorder and back to my PC. Or if I catch something nice on spotify I do the old school queue the loop and record onto my S1000.

I'd been looking for something like this, and tried it on a YouTube selection, and it seems to work fine.... A nice heads-up, thanks....

Not bought anything much in 2013 - just the live 9 upgrade and fabfilter pro-mb and pro-ds (already had all the other ff plugins, so these were really cheap and are very good).
Nothing to see here - move along!
