No, you called me instead. And then we went to NAMM. And all of our questions were answered.

While I was waiting for Live to install I signed up for the forum and PMed everybody on the first page of the General forum “Yo! I need the sidechains like Daft Punk. Give me your phone number.”

I believe that conversation led to discussions of compressors, pumping and breathing, and other innuendos.

LFO built in? LFO was the only thing I was wishing for for live 9.0 They added a lot of crap I will never use, but I have to pay the price of bitwig to get it. Pfff.

Supported Javascript API for controller? I remembered fighting hard with unsupported crappy python and still don't get what I wanted. Looks like the API will be easy to use, documented!! and cover everything! I will be able to put to good use my APC20 and my BCR2000 and make something far more better than push for far less money.

I dont need a cross upgrade rebate, take my money and shut up!

I think even Uhe gave you a discount on Zebra for cross grading from a hardware synth.

I just want to see the Bitwig manual.

Funny how so many people pass on reading manuals for programs

Yet I get off on it

My PDF pages stick, seriously

Everyone is different. When I use PDF's, it's for reference. Frankly, they mostly let me down. Seeing it visually usually helps most. Actually, these boards help too because instead of something that is either TOO elaborate or TOO brief, is put into standard terms I can get to grips with.

I have a Morgan Freeman impersonator read me a chapter of the manual every weeknight before I go to sleep.
He does it behind a podium.

Here is the thread

The device is still undergoing development, but it's really close to completion-- like hours or days close. Subscribe to the thread for a final device link, it'll be available at Max4Live as well. Your input is welcome for device improvements and enhancements.

MFL doesn't count for a bunch of reasons. If you crash Live you lose the MFL (in this case LFO ) mapping and there is no guarantee that it will work later on and in future versions of Live ( try opening up a set w mfl stuff made in Live 8 w Live 9. On top of that, weird stuff happens when u have MFL devices in a Live set.
