Why did i invest in ableton?
Why did i invest in ableton?
I use a lot of external instrument i feel ableton is a piece of junk for working with them!
And IMO there is nothing good in this software except for work flow and audio edit.
Everything that come with it even if you get Suite version is worth shit, no good sound or effect.
Only thing i like is Sampler can do amazing stuff with it.
I feel like a shit investing in such crap when i see that logic is only 199$ that is 400-500$ less then what i paid.
Working with external instrument in logic is great.
All the effect and Synth that come with it is great.
Ableton is just a crappy software to expensive.

Why did you post this same topic twice? RTM, go and look at plenty of online tutorials on how to incorporate your external instruments into your workflow with Live. If you need help, just ask, no one will think less of you for it, but please, stop whinging, it's boring.

Re: Why did i invest in ableton?
Unlike American software products, I believe Ableton can be resold, and your license transferred. You can then take your money and buy several more licenses of Logic. Just think, your music will sound twice as good with two licenses of Logic. Awesome X 2!

Lmao! This is a top notch Grade A rant. I totally disagree, but I respect your opinion.Baffin wrote:I use a lot of external instrument i feel ableton is a piece of junk for working with them!

If you'd have replaced logic with bitwig, I'd be very suspicious.

Let's all post our replies in both threads.

Try before buy.... I feel the same way so I bought standard version. I was interested in the session view.Baffin wrote:I use a lot of external instrument i feel ableton is a piece of junk for working with them!
