Realy getting sick of track automation now!!

I've tried everything, I've googled it, followed instructions from here but I cannot turn it off. My faders have a life of there own, if I right click in arrangement view over the track name nothing happeneds, help!!

In session view - right click the fader and you should see Delete Automation. Is that what you mean?

Cheers I've tried that but nothing happeneds when I right click it, might have to try and buy a manual some were or download it to my phone
