Hi, can you be so kind to give me an advice, which plugin converter can you recommend, some tips about which version of Live should I use 64 or 32 bits, etc. Is it a good idea to use it btw, latency issues?

the only one I know of is jBridge which is about $20 and it converts all your VSTs to 32/64 bit.
I didn't feel like going through all that so I'm just using 32 bit Live on my 64 bit pc once I found out that's an option, because there's almost no quality plugins for 64 bit version.
I used 64 bit and now am using 32 bit Live and I've seen no significant differences. Depends on how much memory the stuff you do takes. My projects are usually smaller (fragmented ideas) so I haven't noticed much difference.

Thank you for reply. I'm thinkin about 64 bits only because of some heavy Kontakt piano libraries which I like to set to 'play from memory' mode, which requires 64 bits obviously. But I've got some other great synth plugins that are 32 bits only - that was my issue. Again, thank you very much.

I use jbridge and it works well. If you have more than 4GB RAM you may a well run x64 with jbridge...

I can also vouch for jbridge.

Most of the "top" plugin manufacturers have released 64bit plugins so there are only a few smaller plugins I use with Jbridge and it works fine. I took the chance going from 32 to 64 to clean out some of the "never used" junk and seldom used plugs just to cut down on the distracting trash.

I have had the odd hiccup with jbridge but nothing more than I have with most pieces of software and because it all runs in a separate process it doesn't cause Live to crash, just the plugin thread to close which means you never loose work. Some others seem to have some issues but I suspect that is for other reasons and not the bridge itself. Worth a shot if you need to upgrade.
