Books on production/audio engineering

Post by footsy » Mon May 19, 2014 7:44 pm

Anyone know of any good books on producing or audio engineering or even both for that matter?

I'd prefer they'd be avaliable on Google play or amazon. If not I'll figure it out.

There are so many... Practical Recording Techniques and Modern Recording Techniques are two that are often started with. They cover roughly the same topics. I'm really into Alan Parson's new Art and Science of Sound Recording, and it has a 3 DVD video with the book. There are tons of others that focus in on other specific topics.
