Push not working as rewire slave ???

I want to use Live with Protools via Rewire. Unfortunately as a rewire slave, Live won't let me use Push...is there a way around this ?? (other than the obvious, by making PT the rewire slave)

still does not seem to be anyway to do this. There are ways to syn logic and ableton to play at the same time setting up an IAC driver and using external sync in ableton. I then use logic control on ipad to start playback. You set logic to allow the IAC bus to control MMC messages and you are good to go. There are some limitations and its annoying as fuck that we cant just use it properly but its a workaround.
I really hope they allow push to be used in rewire mode soon.
