Bass drum and Bass line on separate track interacting.

Hello Guys. I am new to Ableton, and new to music production in general but have been spending a bunch of time on it and am loving it so far. Great to know that this forum exists for some help when needed, and hopefully I will eventually be able to provide some help to somebody down on the road.
Two issues I am having.
1. I have finished one track and uploaded it to my sound cloud. I have noticed, that the volume of the track is about half that of a track in say "Spotify". This is begin with the max volume set just below a distortion level in the master track within Ableton before exporting it. How do I fix this without reaching a distortion level?
2. I have a track that I am working on and the kick drum is a "Kick-606" and I tried to lay down a bass line in the next midi track and it sounded terrible like the two were interacting. How do I fix this?
Thank you so much to anybody who can help me out.
