Last night I was working on some music and Live 9 crashed. This is never usually a problem as I'm usually asked on reboot whether I want to restore the project I was working on.
However last night when I tried to reboot Live I saw the message "please wait, automatic update in progress". So I wait, load Live and no 'restore previous session' message popped up - meaning I lost a decent chunk of work. WTF Ableton, I'll update when I want.
So is there any way I can get my work back? I'm presuming it was saved on a slightly different version number which is why the updated version didnt pick up that I had loaded from a crashed session.
