I picked up Glitchmachines Cataract to play around with; seems pretty neat and I've got it setup right now so it sits nicely in a track I'm making. The problem I'm having is that (in Session view), triggering any other clip also triggers Cataract. How in the heck do I not have it synced to the audio engine but rather to a clip? I'd like to bring it in and take it out of the track, but for the life of me I can't figure out how. Anyone encounter a similar problem (with Cataract or other VSTs that behave the same)?
EDIT: Nevermind; went back through the manual and the transport has to be running. I guess I'll have to automate volume envelope. :\
