Need help identifying this time signature

I would say it's a measure of 4/4 followed by a measure of 6/8, but if you're working with it in a project, it's probably easier to treat it as 7/4 (8/8 + 6/8 = 14/8).

To me it sounds pretty clearly to be 7/4 - (or 4/4 + 3/4.)
