Hey, how do I play chords or basslines with Drum Rack?

I know as much as adding a sampler to the pad...but what next? I'm lost. I want to be able to do a live performance using only 16 pads.

An instrument rack would be better suited for this. If you really need it in a drum rack please elaborate on what you are trying to do, maybe i can help out.

play multiple of the drum rack pads at the same time for chords, and play them in sequence for basslines.
But as mentioned, it doesn't sound like a drum rack is really what you're after for this.
