why has upgrading to win 8.1 lowered live 9's resolution????

just opened up live after installing the win 8.1 update and live and the resolution has halved. its only live thats been afected. does anyone know how i get it bk to normal?? thanks

In Live's preferences, did you originally have Zoom set to something else? Only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

iv tried the zoom settings, makes no difference. its the whole program, like even the file, edit, help ect menus in the top left.
