Can't import video...

In Live 9.1.5, I did a project that was based around a video that I warped. Everything was fine... I opened the project last week in 9.1.6 and it would not load the video. (I have had a few crashes with 9.1.6 and quite a few '.als' files ignored with all warped data missing. So I am now on the beta...

I can not import and see any video of any type into Live. With that said I did also update my official Windows 7 64bit video codecs recently (possibly around the same time as 9.1.6 update.

Can anyone confirm if they are or are not having any problems importing video into Live and which formats (avi, mov, mp4...etc).

I created this pack prior to any problems with loading video... This is in my dropbox folder if anyone would be kind enough to test it for me... (it's calld 'vid test for Ralph' because I was showing him that he could warp video of his friend from youtube and add audio to it, but this was not a test of video (I was not having any problems at this time)

I no longer have Live 9.1.5 to backtrack the problem origin.

I uploaded an unlisted export of the vid project from Lives export here on youtube so if anyone is kind enough to download the pack from my dropbox, this is what the project should look like. (like I said this was supposed to just be a really quick example to him on how Live can warp and chop video and also used some Audio to Midi and a few other things I was teaching him that day... So no judging or laughing... It was just an example.
