Chords not working? Or...

Hey there, I'm trying to play a chord and it doesn't seem to be coming out the way I want it to.

The notes I'm playing are: D#, F, and G#.

It seems as though I can only play every other chord except this particular one.

On my computer keyboard, the letters are E, F, and Y (pushing these 3 letters at the same time produces no sound).

Is there a solution? And if my question has already been answered, can someone please link me to that thread?

The search engine hasn't given me a thread related to this problem (all I got were threads related to Ableton Push, Deadmau5 and Dillon Francis).

can you play the notes separately?

Yes, I can play them separately, and I'm not filtering anything out.
