Updated the little sequencer I made, the main addition being velocity and velocity randomization dials.
It's basically a morphed and merged version of Max ImproBeat and Max PolyBeat from the M4L Building Tools Pack. Handy to have if you want a multichannel sequencer to feed into Live's Drum Rack.

Max for Live device sqncr x Version 1.2

I've got a 16 step version of this too. If anyone wants me to upload it just post a reply here.
Yes you can adjust this one to 16 (or anything else under 32) but when you shuffle notes those notes sometimes end up outside the bracket. It's a minor difference, but perhaps useful to someone out there.

Glad you like it. Not sure I'll be able to add your request, at least not any time soon. This was not built from scratch, and was basically a cut and paste job. In other words my M4L skills are pretty much at beginner level if even that. The notes can be changed, but the device would have to be saved as a separate device. There's probably a way to do what you're asking, I just wouldn't be the one to know how to implement it.LFO8 wrote:Very cool little sequencer. Thank you very much for sharing. Very generous. I love these type of M4L devices to sequence my drums!
Just one request: Make it possible to select change the notes in the little note boxes. Like for instance instead of C1 i'll make the first row output G1 or something.

Updated again, this time I added humanization dials for each of the channels.

If you don't plan on going over 16 steps this one is a little easier to work with.
