Keep getting a 'blip' when rendering is this same one spot

What would cause this? I tried rendering 4 bars of that spot and it sounds fine, but when I render the whole track, I keep getting this quick stutter or blip in the same exact spot.

It's probably a plugin. Go down the resampling route and you should be fine...
