Hello, I'm a newbie. It doesn't appear that Ableton is recognizing my Apogee Duet. Can someone tell me what I need to do so that I can record external instruments?

Ableton Live doesn't switch audiocards automatically when connected. Can you select it in Preferences > Audio?
(just select it there for both "Input" and "Output")
