Re: the video. I don't understand why we have to see the visuals projected on top of two guys hunched over their gear in the typical bad posture format.

Very cool, I like the visuals a lot. They compliment the performance nicely.

i agree 100%. effectively affective. i suppose the duo stand in front of the projector to be a part of the visual performance and also just perhaps they enjoy the sight/feel of the projection upon themselves, they then too become a performance for themselves and become a part of the audience. it could also be a somehow practical setup, where the screen is only able to be positioned in that particular location. furthermore, i like how they both wear white clothing as to perhaps blend with the visuals. although i am not interested in the technicalities of the show, the sound is quite intriguing. i'll be looking them up. thanks a lot for the post.

I think having the artist in front of the projections works, especially when the projection are done with this in mind. It's nice to see people grafting to give you the experience and this way they look like performers and not side-of-stage technicians. I really enjoyed that piece and the linked piece on the Touch Designer site, them Lakker lads don't muck about.

Intersting visuals.
For me, these seem to be much more advanced:

The difference here is that he's actually a part of the visuals, where as Lakker are just standing in front of the screen. Which is cool I guess, just not nearly as interesting to watch. I really dig some of their pulsing images though.
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.
