help w kontakt on yosemite"could not find the desired file"

whenever i try to add any kontakt libraries i had previously installed i go to the folder and it says "could not find the desired file" is there a workaround for this? some plists that need to be deleted or something?

additionally when i add a normal NKI file i get this "File not found. Please make sure that external drives are connected"
