I ordered mine on Monday afternoon, got an invoice / confirmation, and only got the shipping notification this morning - mine is due on Monday 9th.
I emailed support on Wednesday night and got this email in response:
Thanks for contacting us regarding your Ableton order, and we're sorry to hear you've not yet received your shipping notification yet.
Our fulfillment partners (Rhiem/Whitley) are a bit behind due to the high volume of orders at the beginning of the week, but they're doing their utmost to get your order out by the weekend.
They are working late today, tomorrow and will also be working on Saturday to fulfill these orders and get your units on their way to you as soon as possible.
But it seems like people who ordered after me (still in Europe) were getting their units shipped just fine - so I don't buy just "high volume" as an excuse - I suspect some kind of SNAFU. It's disappointing that Ableton weren't a bit more proactive in contacting people to advise of delays, if they knew they were and are happening.
