When Freezing in the Arrangement View Can You Still Consolid

can you then consoLidate part of the track and will the consolidated part have the frozen effects redered on it?

Consolidation is a form of audio editing. Clip editing is the one thing that you CAN'T do with frozen clips. So if it is important to consolidate your clips even when they are frozen... you will need to undreeze them, consolidate, and refreeze.
