Live rewired inside FL Studio

I've FL Studio as Master, Live as Slave.
When I play a note in FL Studio, it automatically play the selected Ableton track.

Which is perfect! Now, what if I want to record that note/score played from FL Studio inside a new clip in Live?
Tried to create an empty clip in Live, set Record on clip launch, arm track, and start playing in FL Studio.

It just doesnt record anything, even if the track is playing.
Where am I wrong? Live catch the notes (because as I said, it plays them) but can't record into a new clip? :O

Live documentation says nothing about "it impossible to record MIDI" inside Slave (also because it catch MIDI from the Master):

It's such a pitty that Live can only be a Re-Wire slave.

I don't think this matter with my question But anyway, you can Use Live as Master: if I load FL Studio as VST inside Ableton it acts as Master.

My problem is why I can't record MIDI on Live even if it process them...

I really don't like bump on forum! But I also think its impossible nobody know the answer of this trouble.

It seems a basic usage for a DAW (record MIDI).

it's going to be in the routing options for the track. you need to expand all those out... if you cannot see them in Session view, you can definitely see them in Arrangement.

it's been a long time, but i'm fairly certain i've used FL the way you're describing. i'm no where near an install of Live at the moment or i'd have taken a peak to give you a better response, but routing options and sends are your friends.

But the routing is correct. In fact, I hear the instrument in Live triggered by the notes from FL Studio.
The problem is that I can't record them

The same applies also reversed, when you rewire flstudio(slave) in Ableton(master).
You can play the instruments in flstudio via midi-track in ableton, but you cant record the midi data in flstudio, it doesent record anything.

Absolutly not If I Slave FL Studio and I use Live to trigger MIDI to it, I can easily record MIDI inside FL Studio (the tip is to enable Record automation option inside MIDI settings).
The problem is the other way: Live really can't record MIDI from FL Studio.

This is my actual setup:



No clip on the Session is triggered, I just click Play on FL studio (master); I hear the Simpler playing the sample (this means it got the MIDI notes).
But when I press the rec button to record the clip in Live (first arrow), it records nothing.

AFAIK MIDI is totally blocked in Live slave mode
