Transferring sounds from one computer to another

I have Live on two computers. I try to keep all sounds available on both but sometimes I'll start a track on one and when I move it to the other computer it's missing a sound. What's the process for transferring a sound (or even a whole pack) from one to the other?

Synchronization of the relevant folders via your network seems to be the most immediate method. If these machines are not on the same network then consider using a service like Splice.
