i have seen a couple other threads for foot controllers but they are for more advanced uses. i simply want to be able to control the play & record functions on ableton.
so i can jump right into keyboard parts without moving my hands.
any suggestions would be very welcome. there must be something made with usb to control that.
i saw one on amazon but it got atrocious reviews.

Line 6 fbv express. $100 new, but I've got one I'd part with for $50 shipped fwiw. Works 100% fine, I just upgraded to it's big brother to get more switches since I use Live for all my guitar effects.
