ableton live 9,5 wont install into program files(only into p

i have abit of a problem

it seems i cant get ableton live 9,5 to install into the program files folder on my win 7 laptop,when i try i get a message saying the folder already exists,you can only install live into new folder???


i can only install live into the program data folder???

I thought this was true of all sub-versions of Live 9. I remember hearing something about if they install into C:\Program Files, then Windows imposes some security-related restrictions that prevent auto-update from working.

i did delete all previoesly versions,and just installed it into the program data folder
