Automate the playback speed of a track

Is there a technique to make an automation of the playback speed of a track?
(thus modifying the pitch)

I don't want to warp the clip (that creates artefact sometimes, even in Complex Pro), but just change the playback speed, like on a tape machine "varispeed".

Example: 102.23% playback speed on the 10 first seconds, then 104.23% playback speed for the next 5 seconds, etc.

Being able to do Automation on Transpose when WARP=off would be a solution...
