Dumb question about the new Meters....

Post by mholloway » Sat Nov 07, 2015 10:32 pm

They didn't seem to print this anywhere that I can find, but am I correct to assume that with the new meters --

Bright Green = Peak

Dark Green = RMS

?

thanks,

Can the meters be made to hold at peak level?

Rule of thumb for any meters out there you encounter (regardless of the colour scheme).... unless they are showing the exact same level for specific cases, the RMS levels shown for a signal are going to be on average lower than the peak levels ;)
