I created a default template with tons of devices. Many are in racks. Most are
inactive. Problem is latency.
-- Is there a cost on CPU of having too many devices if they're turned off?
-- What if they're turned on but inside a rack that is off?
-- If you have one effect and you put it inside a rack, does this burden the system?
-- Is there a fix other than deleting most of the
plugins?
