Why is there no sound coming from my krk monitors?!

They are both switched on (and working fine yesterday by the way) and running through my focusrite 6usb audio interface, on abeltons preferences I've selected the correct audio outputs and inputs, the speakers are working fine as I tested them directly through an audio jack which means the connection between the interface must be problematic. They come up in preferences which leads me to believe that they have made a strong connection but for some reason no sound comes out even through the phones output in the interface! Can anybody help me?

Sometimes i have to jiggle the volume knob on my 2i2 either up or down slightly to get a fresh signal to my KRKs. Try that out

Hey thanks everyone but I've already checked that the cross fader was all the way to out put and also played with the volume, any ideas?

can you plug phones into your interface to see if you have audio coming through?

Yeah and there's no signal either it's a weird situation right? And I've restarted my computer multiple times

So you've got no sound coming from the interface at all, not even the headphones?

Hey it's working now, that was annoying >:( but Mac uses core audio so I guess i didn't need to, I think for some weird reason it worked to just turn it all off for like a day and try and restart it
