iControl from M-Audio - GARAGEBAND ONLY controller

This would be FANTASTIC for Live. But it does say the controller requires Garageband and support for it will be built into Logic.
So it seems M-Audio did the Mackie (anyone remember Mackie Control for Logic ONLY) ... that's ok they support BT...

that photo sure looks ugly, and the ergonomics of it is questionable. But then I don't use Garageband.

it's not aesthetically pleasing, but something with similar config but more purposely built for Live would be sweet for most entry level people.ilia wrote:that photo sure looks ugly, and the ergonomics of it is questionable. But then I don't use Garageband.

That's because this was designed partially by Apple's designers. This box is for Garageband-Nation, not for Abletoniacs. I think the transport will work with Live, but not much else. Best to just put it out of your mind.seems weird that the distributors of ableton would make a controller that wont work with ableton
M-Audio is Ableton's distributor in the US.
