So I purchased a Stanton T.52 Turntable along with a Stanton m.203 Mixer a little while ago. At the time I was offered a good deal for it and sort of bought it without doing much research behind it.
I'm looking to use it for sampling records. My only issue is that I need to know what I would have to purchase to connect it to my laptop so I can incorporate it into Ableton.
I've seen somewhere that I may have to purchase a specific preamp to connect it into my laptop, if so what is my best option for this?
All I'm looking for is a little more information on how I can get this thing going so I can start sampling in time for the summer.
Any information on what to do/purchase is appreciated.

Connect the turntable to the mixer, which acts as the preamp, and then connect the mixer to your laptop, or to the audio interface you have connected to your laptop.
