Crackles and drops on input signal

As I wrote on subject: there are crackles when I plug guitar in instrument input on my MOTU 823 mk3. I try change buffer size and others (16bit, 44.1kHz) but no works. On Cubase 7.5 there's no problem with full HQ (24bit/48kHz) the sound is clean. Is there any solution?
