So you want a step by step on sounding like Jarre or is more general stuff ok? There are course on track production in various genres on producertech. For stuff on composition and theory Quantize course are good. There are a few programs around teaching systems on how to produce tracks from start to finish like start now finish fast but they are a more serious investment.
