Problem setting Trigger Pad Sensitivity with Axiom 25

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to set up my Axiom 25 trigger pads to the same velocity of 127, which should be F3 after pressing edit, then curve twice and selecting F3 through the patch buttons. However; no matter what i do it seems to keep a velocity setting of 0 to 127. I want to it to be set so whenever I hit the pads it should be 127.. but no matter what it stays the same. PROBLEM PROBLEM PROBLEM. Please help me! It's really annoying. Thank you. I hope this can be fixed.

UPDATE:
I have figured out that when the P button is turned off my settings are as I set for the velocity. However when I turn it back on it switches back to a ranged velocity of 0 to 127. Why is this and how do I change that?
