Midi clip got renamed. How can I find out it's original name

Hello to all :]
So happy to be part of this community. This may be a silly question but I dragged a midi file from the pack; I believe it asked me if I wanted to import the tempo and all the info and I clicked yes. So now, the midi file is renamed to Serum x64 and I have no idea how to find out the original name or just which pack it came from.
Would really appreciate any assistance in this matter.
