is it possible to change the audio routing in a track to sends only via clip automation or midi CC?
Thanks in advance

Re: Is it possible to change routing to "sends only" midi?
No. But you could set up a track that receives audio from your original track, and set that to sends only, then use MIDI mapping to turn one track on and one track off.
Set the second track's i/o routing as shown below.
Assign the track mutes the same MIDI note, while one is muted and the other is un-muted. Receiving that MIDI note will now toggle one track on, and the other off.
Or if you want to crossfade between tracks, assign both their volumes to the same MIDI CC, and invert the mapping range of one of the tracks. (or just put them on the A and B busses of Live's crossfader)
