i have a push2 and when i play it has latency...
I want some interface to just decrease midi latency, dont need to record audio...
Is there some interfsce that just helps me with midi latency ? cheap ?
is there even a software only solution ? i have already played with sample buffer settins in live but still too low..
Got a new macbook pro (new but model from 2015) and my push2...
I dont want to buy now somethng like the scarlet 2i2 now.. i just want something that helps me with latency no need to record audio.. any tips .. thx!

I might be wrong, but i'd say you should have a quite decent latency with a Macbook pro and no interface.
What's your buffer size ?

Bluetooth adds a lot of latency, you're right. Otherwise you should be able to go down to 256 samples with just the stock MBP soundcard, maybe even lower.

I don't know if products like these could have an impact on this issue.Tweaking Knobs wrote:You right..i just found out.. the problem is im using a bluetooth speakers as im on "hollidays"...chapelier fou wrote:I might be wrong, but i'd say you should have a quite decent latency with a Macbook pro and no interface.
