Hey there,
Does anybody know if there is a way to exclude a midi device from the AllIns input? I habe a drumpad that i want to dedicate to play one channel in Live but when setting up a new channel, and All Ins is selected i dont want this pad to trigger this new channel. I know i could set up a certain midi in for each channel but i want to keep the All Ins option, so i can trigger a channel with my push, midi keyboard or controller at the same time.
Im guessing this is a job for M4L, does anybody have more clue than me?
Cheers, help is very much appreciated!
David

Change this output channel.
Right-click on the track header.
Save this track as default.

Re: Exclude midi device from Live's AllIns
Nearly 6 years on and I have exactly the same requirement. I want to lock a particular midi device to a track (exclusively) without it triggering any other active/armed tracks. As far as I can tell this is just not possible which really limits Live in a live playing environment (!). This is really bugging me...
