Cant get Audio Effect Rack to map to certain controllers.

Hi,

Anyone help me out with this.

I have

1 Audio fx rack with 2 filters and a compressor inside of it

I do

1 Right click on filter 1s frequency. Hit assign to macro 1
2 Do the same for the Ratio of the compressor
3 Do the same for the Attack of the compressor.

Im doing all three in exactly the same way.

Every time I try this when I waggle the macro knob only the comps attack knob moves. The frequency and the ratio of the other functions do not. Its worth noting the Attack knob that works is on the same compressor as the Ratio knob that doesn't.

Can any guru shed some light on this> Be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying that when you move the macro via mouse, it doesn't change the parameter on the device inside the rack? Are you positive it is assigned?

Or are you saying that when you move controls on a physical midi controller that they don't move the macro knobs?

Hi mate,

No controller. Mouse. Yes sure there assigned.

Ill try do a video later today after work. Its got me baffled. I cant see how else it can work.

Sounds like a range issue to me.

Open the left hand panel (the one where the browser normally is) while in map mode. There you should see the ranges of your parameters as they apply to the macro.

Change them to your liking there.
