Hello. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to make a 128 (multi sampler) drum rack for synth samples in which each of the 128 samples (chosen with a selector macro) can then be played as notes on the 64 pads of Push2?
Many thanks
128 rack for synth samples...?
Re: 128 rack for synth samples...?
i have added a scale "All Notes" to Push 1 so i can also trigger all notes in Sampler via octave-shift.
thats alsi handy for keyswitches. better is the pxt-scale-capture for keyswitched instruments.
But with the 64Pad Drumrack + shift via touchstrip it should also be possible by mapping the triggering notes
to the zones in sampler.

cheers, I think I understand... will try
I guess another way would be to have 128 simplers...bit time consuming to setup though

Re: 128 rack for synth samples...?
why do you want to make it in a drum rack, not an instrument rack with 128 chains?

Add a sampler to a midi track. Drop your samples into the Zone tab. Select all samples in the Zone editor and distribute ranges equally. The root will be noted with a little R and can be changed if you want. Now each key on the keyboard plays a different sample.
